Veiledningen, som er på engelsk, gir nyttig informasjon om hvordan bestemmelsene i kapittel 1.10 kan bli overholdt.
Opprinnelig var det 9 organisasjoner som sto bak utarbeidelse av veiledningen. I den oppdaterte utgaven stiller hele 12 organisasjoner seg bak utgivelsen:
